は、『東京裁判却下未提出弁護側資料』（国書刊行会）という全８巻総ページ数５千５百ページ
という膨大な文献資料の抜粋版です。
斯くも膨大な弁護側資料が却下されたという事実そのものが、東京裁判なるものの本質を
雄弁に物語っているといえましょう。
本書は単なる抜粋ではなく、先ず序論において小堀博士が東京裁判の法的根拠、裁判の進行
過程、証拠の扱い方、弁護側の反証の仕方、そして全体としての東京裁判批判を展開している。
本書に収録されている文書は却下されたもの以外に正式に陳述された重要な弁論（ローガン、
ブレークニーのものなど）も含まれており、東京裁判の全容を知る格好な資料です。
英訳版は「未来政経研究会」より２００３年に出版されたが、ご好意によりわれわれの
サイトにアップロードし、世界の多くの識者、学者、政治家、マスコミなどに下記の通り、
案内しました。先にアップした『パル判決書』とともに、東京裁判の真実、本質を知るための
資料として世界の人々に読んでいただきたいと思っています。既にかなり反響があります。

This book was written and edited by Dr. Kobori Keiichiro, Professor Emeritus of
Tokyo University. He edited and published “Defense Evidence Rejected by the Tokyo
Trials,” which encompasses eight volumes of 5,500 pages.
“The Tokyo Trials: Unheard Defense” excerpts from the larger work. The fact that
such enormous volumes of evidence were rejected alone demonstrates the true nature
of the Tokyo Trials.
Dr. Kobori writes an introduction to this book in which he summarizes the legal
basis for the Tokyo Trials, how the Trials progressed and how evidence was treated.
