発信する会のサイトに、元東京大学教授酒井信彦先生のお書きになった
「チベット問題は侵略という『乱』」（『こころ』８７号掲載）の英訳版をアップロード
しましたのでお知らせします。
チベット問題は「人権問題」の枠では到底捉えることはできず、その本質は
侵略問題であること、したがって弱者と強者の話し合いでは絶対に片付かない
問題であること、中国の「中華民族」という侵略合理化、エスニック・クリンシング
理論の虚構、では何が問題解決のかぎかということが述べられています。
世界の４５００名ほどの方々に下記のメールが送られています。

The Tibet issue is generally conceived as a human right issue.
However, the author argues that the core of the Tibet issue is
the matter of Chinese conquest. Consequently, dialogue between
a weak group and a powerful group will not solve the issue.
The real nature of the Chinese policy of ethnic cleansing is
revealed in this article.
