７９年前の昭和１６年１２月８日、日本は真珠湾攻撃によって、日本の生存を否認するABCD包囲網による経済封鎖という戦争行為に対して、反撃を開始しました。
まさしく追い込まれて、やむを得ず開戦したものですが、しかし、勝利の見込みもなく、ドイツ頼みで無謀な戦争に飛び込んだなどという通説は、全くの見当はずれです。
ほとんどの政府、軍の経済研究所が、戦争に対してきわめて悲観的な見通ししか打ち出していませんでした。しかし、有沢広巳東京大学助教授が主査をつとめる陸軍省戦争経済研究班、通称「秋丸機関」は、仮想敵国の経済戦力を分析し、弱点を把握し、我が方の経済戦力の自給度を見極めた攻防の戦略を打ち立てました。それをもとに、昭和１６年１１月１５日、大本営政府連絡会議で採択された戦争のグランドデザインが、「対米英蘭蔣戦争終末促進に関する腹案」です。
この戦略に沿った戦いを進めれば、日本は勝利する極めて高い可能性があったことを本書では。シミュレーションによって証明しました。イギリスのチャーチル首相が、開戦２年目の１９４２年４月７日付でルーズベルトへの手紙で「今、日本がセイロン島と東部インドからさらに西部インドへ前進してくれば対抗できない。蒋介石ルート、ペルシャ湾経由の石油輸送ルートやソ連支援ルートが遮断される」と悲鳴を上げているのを見れば、いかにこの作戦が有効だったか理解することができましょう。
また、なぜそれが出来なかったのかについても考察しました。

JAPAN’S MASTER PLAN FOR VICTORY:
WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN (complete edition)

History professor James B. Wood of Williams College sums up Western thinking regarding this topic in his book Japanese Military Strategy in the Pacific War: Was Defeat Inevitable?, stating:
“Why were the Japanese so crazy as to take on the United States?” or “How could a country with a GNP about that of Italy or Canada, expect to win?” or “Why should we expect anything else from a country with a feudal warrior code and culture, emperor worship, racial supremacy notions, and a total lack of sympathy or respect for her neighbors?” The implication is that those responsible for Japan’s path to war were ignorant or irrational, perhaps a blend of both, as well as basically evil — a perfectly other counterpoise to the victor of modernity in all respect, the United States.
However, the extremely dismissive view of Westerners has no basis. Japanese leaders were not at all “ignorant”.
On November 15, 1941, three weeks prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Japanese government and Imperial General Headquarters held a liaison conference. Those present discussed the “Draft Proposal for the Promotion of the End of the War Against the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Chiang Kai-shek,” and decided on its execution. I consider this the “master plan”, a plan for victory, and I will lead readers though this with the aid of practical examples throughout my book.
Had Japanese military leaders stuck to this master plan, the outcome of the war would have been very different, an outcome that Winston Churchill feared in his April 15, 1942 letter to Franklin D. Roosevelt:
I must revert to the grave situation in the Indian Ocean … arising from the fact that the Japanese have felt able to detach nearly a third of their battle fleet and half their carriers, which force we are unable to match for several months. The consequences of this may easily be: (A) The loss of Ceylon. (B) Invasion of Eastern India with incalculable internal consequences to our whole war plan and including the loss of Calcutta and of all contact with the Chinese through Burma. But this is only the beginning. Until we are able to fight a fleet action there is no reason why the Japanese should not become the dominating factor in the Western Indian Ocean. This would result in the collapse of our whole position in the Middle East, not only because of the interruption to our convoys to the Middle East and India, but also because of the interruptions to the oil supplies from Abadan, without which we cannot maintain our position either at sea or on land in the Indian Ocean Area. Supplies to Russia via the Persian Gulf would also be cut. With so much of the weight of Japan thrown upon us we have more than we can bear.

「歪曲慰安婦像撤去」を訴える演説（ソウル江北区庁前、10月28日）

金柄憲所長は、「歪曲慰安婦像撤去」を訴える活動を続けておられます。今回は１０月２８日にソウル江北区庁前で行った演説をご紹介します。
「慰安婦が日本軍によって強制的に連れて行かれ日本軍の性奴隷で戦争犯罪被害者だ」というのは全くのウソで、そのウソを今もつき続けているのが、韓国政府の女性家族部であり、正義連であり、文在寅政権の集団であると糾弾しています。
そもそも、慰安婦、つまり売春婦という職業には１７歳以上でなければつくことができず、厳格に規制されていたということです。ところが、韓国慰安婦の代表的な人たち金福童（キムボクドン）は、１４歳の時に連れていかれといい、李容洙（イヨンス）は、１４歳、１５歳、１６歳ところころ変わりますが、寝ていたら連れていかれたといい、吉元玉（キムオノク）は、１３歳の時に連れていかれて慰安婦になったといっています。つまり、全部ウソということになります。
金所長は、こうした大ウソが韓国中に広まり、国民同士の葛藤と分裂が生まれ、そしてこのウソが日本に影響し、韓日関係を破綻させていると主張しています。
金所長は言います。
「憎悪と葛藤の象徴の慰安婦像」
「嘘と捏造の象徴であるこの慰安婦像」
これは必ず撤去されなければいけないと。

Address to call for the Removal of the Comfort Woman Statue of Falsification
(in front of the Gangbuk District Office on October 28)

Mr. KIM Byeong Heon, Representative of the Korean History Textbook Research Institute, has demanded the removal of the “comfort women statue” in Seoul.
He addressed his appeal on October 28, 2020, in front of the Gangbuk District Office as seen in the Youtube video above.
He states that the claim, “Comfort women are war crime victims who were forcibly taken by the Japanese army to be their sex slaves,” is a sheer lie, even if the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korean Council for Justice and Remembrance for the Issues of Military Sexual Slavery by Japan and those in the MOON Jae-in administration insist otherwise.
Basically, being a comfort women or prostitute is not allowed without legal authorization. For example, the law stated that women needed to be 17 years of age or older.
However, Korean comfort women figureheads tell conflicting stories. KIM Bok-dong said she was taken away at age of 14 to become a comfort woman. LEE Yong-soo claimed that she was taken away by Japanese army at age of either 14, or 15, or 16. KILL Won-wok said she was taken away at the age of 13. These testimonies clearly show that they are lying.
Mr. KIM says that the reason why he is making a statement here is that these lies fill the entire ROK, causing conflict and division among the Korean people. The lie forces Japan to break their relationship with South Korea.
He emphatically states:
“the comfort woman statue symbolizing hatred and conflict”,
“this comfort woman statue symbolizing lies and fabrication”
must definitely be removed.

南京事件を解明する本は沢山出ておりますが、当時南京戦の現場にいた人々の証言を大量に集めて整理した本といえば、阿羅健一氏のこの本に勝るものはありません。
ここにまとめられた証言者は、新聞記者２２人、軍人１９人、作家・画家等４人、外交官２人、僧侶１人の計４８人です。
これらの証言を組み立てていくと、当時の南京の様子が浮かび上がってきます。貴重な情報です。率直に内容を検討していけば、言われているような大虐殺など起こりようがなっかことが明らかになることでしょう。ぜひお確かめください。

「大韓民國國史敎科書硏究所/慰安婦法廢止國民行動」
ベルリン慰安婦像問題に対する声明

ベルリン中区にいわゆる「平和の像」とよばれる慰安婦銅像が９月２８日に設置されました。日本政府の要望もあり、区長は設置承認をいったん取り消しましたが、その後現地市民団のコリア協議会の抵抗にあい、銅像の撤去は保留され、法院の判断に待つことになりました。
これに対して、多くの抗議が中区に対して寄せられていますが、このほど韓国の教育団体から、この「平和」という名前の慰安婦像は歴史的事実を歪曲した造形物である、という理由で撤去を要求するオープン・レターが区長宛に提出されていることが分かりました。

Our standpoint on the statue erected in Mitte Borough, Berlin
Korean History Textbook Research Institute

Mr. Byeong Heon Kim, Representative for the Korean History Textbook Research Institute, sent an open letter to Mr. Stephan von Dassel, mayor of Mitte Borough, Berlin, asking him to remove the so-called “Statue of Peace”, because the “Statue of Peace” is a symbol of gross distortion, a result of a combination of distorted facts and fabricated stories of the comfort women on the part of the Korean Council for Justice and Remembrance.
He explains the group’s reasoning in an open letter:
1. The Japanese army did not forcibly transport Korean women,
2. Comfort women are not sex slaves of the Japanese army, and
3. Comfort women are not victims of a war committed by the Japanese army.

Gunkanjima (Battleship Island): A World Heritage Site Soiled by Korea
–Another distortion of history, akin to the “comfort women”
(Complete version)

The film Gunkanjima (Battleship Island) was first shown in Korea in August 2017, a work of fiction created to bash Japan and nothing else. Within a couple of weeks, around 6 million Koreans saw the film. The film was advertised in the US, for a week, with the help of the New York City Times Square billboard.
In the beginning of the film, “mobilized workers” and “comfort women” brought over from the Korean Peninsula were packed into windowless freight trains by Japanese soldiers–from the start, the film depicts a Japanese-style “holocaust” against Koreans, akin to the real German Holocaust against the Jews. In fact, there was absolutely nothing that this piece of fiction claims that occurred in Japan at that time—none whatsoever.
Moving to the end of the film, Korean “mobilized workers” and “comfort women” take up arms and overcome Japanese soldiers. The Koreans then escape to freedom from Gunkanjima by boat. This is really laughable, as at the time there were only two police officers in one koban on the entire island—there were no Japanese military. Koreans lies need to be exposed for what they are and Koreans need to be chided for lying.
The current book critically analyzes the film in light of historical facts and exposes the lies and the anti-Japanese propaganda that is a theme in Korean state-sponsored museums and other facilities.

その４　第３章　捕鯨をめぐる現実

1948年、国際捕鯨取締条約に基づき、鯨資源の保存及び捕鯨産業の秩序ある発展を図ることを目的として、国際捕鯨委員会（IWC）が、組織されました。
ところが、1960年ころから地球環境の保全や野生動物保護運動が盛んになってくると、この流れに乗って反捕鯨国の影響力が強まってきました。
アメリカ、イギリス、オランダ、オーストラリアなどは採算が合わなくなった捕鯨業から完全撤退し、IWCを地球環境保全活動の場にするようになってきたのです。
1972年に国連の主導による第1回国連環境会議が開かれ、アメリカ代表の提案が圧倒的多数を得て、商業捕鯨の10年間のモラトリアムが採択されました。
しかし、IWCで採択しない限り、このモラトリアムに拘束力はありません。IWC総会では、科学的正当性がない、という理由で否決されました。すると、アメリカを中心とした反捕鯨諸国は捕鯨とは全く関係のない国をIWCに加盟させ、多数派工作をを行い、1982年に10年間のモラトリアムが決定してしまいました。さらにこのモラトリアムは、1992年までにクジラ資源を調査して見直す予定だったのが科学的根拠のないままそのまま延長されているのです。
科学的な実態把握の目的で日本は1987年から調査捕鯨を行ってきました。その結果様々な事実が明らかとなりました。例えば、アメリカの反捕鯨派の生態学者であるシドニー・ホルトは1970年代に「南氷洋のミンククジラは約2万頭」と主張しこれがまかり通っていました。しかし、調査捕鯨の結果少なくとも76万頭がいることが明らかになりました。さらに、調査捕鯨でクジラの胃袋からサンマやタラなどが大量に確認され、クジラの増えすぎが、これらの小魚の大幅減少につながっていることもわかってきました。
実際には70万頭以上いるのに2万頭などという科学者（？）の主張に支配されているIWC は、もはやクジラの保全のための組織ではなく、非科学的なイデオロギーが支配する機関と化しているのが実態なのです。こんな迷信の強制によって、長い歴史を持つ日本の捕鯨産業が衰退させられるのを見過ごすことはできません。

Counting the Blessing of Whales:
Insights from a Chopsticks-Wielding Patriot

Series No.4: Chapter 3 Realities in Relation to Whaling

International Whaling Commission (IWC) was founded under the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling in 1948 for the purpose of determining whale quotas.
Global environmental conservation and wild animal protection came into being around 1960, which increased anti-whaling feelings worldwide. Countries such as the U.S., the U.K., the Netherlands and Australia completely withdrew from whaling as it ceased to be profitable. But they tried to influence IWC with this anti-whaling feeling.
In 1972, the first United Nations Conference on the Human Environment was held in Stockholm, wherein the U.S. proposal of a 10-year moratorium on commercial whaling was adopted by the UN Conference on the Human Environment.
However, this moratorium was not binding unless adopted by the IWC. The U.S. proposed a moratorium on commercial whaling in the IWC general assembly in 1973, which was rejected because it was “not scientifically justifiable.” Anti-whaling countries led by the U.S. then gradually implemented a more overt strategy, encouraging landlocked countries and countries that had nothing to do with whaling to join the IWC. In this way, the 10-year moratorium was enacted in 1982. While this moratorium was scheduled for review based on the latest science on whales by 1992, it has been extended and maintained to this day–the moratorium has no basis in science.
Japan conducted research whaling from 1987 to gain scientific whale biological data.
A lot of unknowns were made clear when data became available from the research. For example, in the 1970s, when accurate scientific research had yet to be conducted, an American anti-whaling ecologist, Sidney Holt, said that the population of minke whales in the Antarctic Ocean was about 20,000. But research confirmed that there were at least 760,000 minke whales. The stomachs of minke whales were examined and large volumes of walleye pollacks sauries were found. This implies that excess feeding by whales has caused the decline in coastal fishing in recent years.
The IWC, which is dominated by unscientific “scientist” like Sidney Holt, is not an organization that “provides for the proper conservation of whale stocks” but one that provides anti-whaling ideology.
