中国の尖閣領有権否定のもう一つの根拠
日清戦争以前のイギリス・ドイツの地図に日本領となっている
中国の尖閣領有権の主張には一点の正統性も無いことはこれまで再三に亘って発信して
来ました。

何しろ、日本が領有するまでに、ただ一人の中国人も尖閣に上陸したことはありません。
又、清代の公文書（「大清会典」）には詳細な台湾の地図と付属諸島がしるされていますが、尖閣などどこにも出てこないのですから、話になりません。古い本の中に名前が出てきたからといって、そんなものは領有の根拠などになるはずもありません。本に載っていたことが領有の根拠になったら、世界中に大混乱が起こるでしょう。国際法に無知な国ならではのはなはだ程度の低い主張です。
さて、更に尖閣が中国領などでは全くなかった「決定的な」資料が出てきました。イギリスとドイツの日清戦争以前に発行された地図に明らかに台湾、中国ではなく、日本側の領土と記述されていたことが分かってきました。

これは、前述した「大清会典」に台湾の付属諸島という記述が皆無であることと符合する、当然の記述です。中国は、様々なデタラメの理由を並べていますが、もっともそれらしき理由は、「日清戦争」で台湾とともに日本は尖閣を略奪した、というものです。しかし、これはイギリス、ドイツのこれらの地図によって木っ端微塵に粉砕されました。まともな国家であろうとするなら、中国はこれ以上尖閣領有妄論を主張すべきではありません。
外務省出身の孫田亮は、尖閣は台湾に属していていたという論拠から、必ずしも日本の固有の領土とは言えない、などという妄論を言ってますが、その無知が改めて証明されました。

China’s claims are mostly ludicrous from the view point of modern international law. The only claim which is seemingly reasonable is that the Senkakus, as a part of Taiwan, was taken by Japan under the Treaty of Shimonoseki after the first Sino-Japanese War. But as shown by the essay mentioned above, “The Senkaku Islands constitute an Intrinsic Part of Japan,” http://www.sdh-fact.com/CL02_1/79_S4.pdf , the last version of the Qing Huidian (1889), the statutory encyclopedias of the imperial dynasty, contains a map of Taiwan and the islands attached to Taiwan, but none of the islands are the Senkakus. So, the Senkaku Islands have nothing to do with Taiwan.
Two maps were recently found to clearly show that the Senkaku Islands belonged to Japan before the first Sino-Japanese War (1894-95). One was the London Atlas, published in 1887 in Great Britain and the Handatlas, made in 1868 by German master cartographer Adolf Stieler.

China must cease making absolutely ridiculous claims on the Senkaku Islands if she wants to be a normal member of the international community.
