SDHF Newsletter No. 13: 胡錦濤主席は何故公開質問状に答えられないのか？

映画「ジョン・ラーベ」に続いて「南京！南京！」（監督：陸川）が封切られています。どちらも全
く架空の映画としか言いようがありません。なぜなら、どちらも南京大虐殺が「あった」と言う前提に
立ってつくられているものですが、その前提は既に歴史資料によって完全に覆されているからです。
　南京事件についての決着は基本的にはついていますが、それを決定的にしたものが、「南京事
件の真実を検証する会」（代表：加瀬英明）が、２００８年５月に胡錦濤主席に提出した「公開
質問状」です。事件の根幹を成す５つのポイントに対して、全く答えられないということが明らかと
なったのです。しかも、このことは日英中３ヶ国語でウエッブを通じて全世界に公開されております。
これを見た「The Asianists’ Asia]誌（パリで発行）から会に打診があり「何故質問状に答えられ
ないのか」という論文を提出したところ、最近同誌に掲載されました。
　この論文は、このほど「史実を世界に発信する会」のサイトにも掲載され、下記の通り世界の

Following the film “John Rabe,” another Nanking related film titled “Nanking! Nanking!”
(by Lu Chuan) has been released.

It is strange that these films still assume that the so called “Nanking Massacre” actually
occurred, even though it has been completely refuted by historical evidence. Everyone
will understand this by the fact that P.R.C. President Hu Jintao cannot respond to the
Open Questions concerning the “Nanking Massacre” submitted to him by a Japanese
research group.

An Essay “Why PRC President Cannot Respond to Open Questions” was published
in “The Asianists’ Asia, Vol. V” (edited by Dr. T. Wignesan) (on-line version;

SDHF Newsletter No. 12: 映画「ジョン・ラーベ」の正体

　独仏中合作映画「ジョン・ラーベ」は、4月2日ドイツで封切られ、4月28日には中国でも上映され
ています。人道主義者、南京のシンドラー、ラーベを標榜するこの映画は、ラーベ日記をベースとする
亜ノンーフィクション作品を装っていますが、その正体はとんでもない代物です。
　30万虐殺が事実であった、と言うことを国際的に常識化するとともに、ナチ以下の残虐国家日本を
印象付けようと言う狙いを秘めた作品であるからです。
　真実は、国際委員会の公式文書「Documents of the Nanking Safety Zone」が明確に記録して
いるように南京の人口は、減少したのではなく、増加していたのであり、また日本はドイツと防共協定
は結んでいたが、「ユダヤ人差別せず」の国策によりユダヤ難民救済を行っていたということです。
　この事実を「史実を世界に発信する会」のサイトに掲載し、また海外の報道、政府機関、学者他

　　　　 Observation on the Film “John Rabe”

The German-French-Chinese film “John Rabe”, directed by Florian Gallenberger, made its debut
in Germany on April 2009 and its first showing in China took place on April 28.

If one’s perception of the film is that it is factually based, this is completely wrong.
At the end of the film, the endnote states “300,000 Chinese were massacred.”
However, John Rabe, in his Diary, never stated that he witnessed a single case of massacre at all.
“Despite the claim of 300,000 massacred, there is not a single witness to this alleged atrocity
in Rabe’s Diary”: is this truly possible?

Anyway, you can better understand the background of Rabe’s involvement with the International
Committee for the Nanking Safety Zone and what really happened in Nanking through this essay.

SDHF Newsletter No.11: Der Mythos vom “Nanking-Massaker”

　　独仏中合作の映画「ジョン・ラーベ」が４月２日にベルリンで封切られと伝えられます。日本軍の
暴虐から中国人を救おうとした人道主義者として描かれているようですが、真相はかなり異なり
ます。ナチス党員で武器売り込みに従事していたラーベは、軍事顧問団団長ののファルケンハウ
ゼンらと同じく反日的であったのは当然のことで、彼の日記、さらにはヒットラーへの上申書には
「安全地帯の記録」と全く矛盾する言ってみればウソが大量に混入しています。
　　南京の真実をこの映画を観た人達にも少しでも知ってもらうために、大和撫子さんがドイツ語
でまとめた「南京虐殺の神話」を、「史実を世界に発信する会」もサイトにアップし、また世界の
４５００人余のVIP下記の通り発信しましたのでお知らせします。「南京虐殺の神話」は、
東中野教授の「南京虐殺の徹底検証」他の著作を要約したものです。　「発信する会」　茂木

The movie “John Rabe” debuted on April 2nd in Berlin. John Rabe was the chairman of
the International Committee for Nanking Safety Zone, when Nanking was occupied by
the Japanese. He was chosen as chairman since he was the representative of Siemens’
Nanking office and had a close relationship with the Chinese government. Germany had
sent a military advisory group headed by von Falkenhausen, who even proposed a pre-emtive
atttack against a Japanese marine landing force of 3,000 stationed in Shanghai just prior to the
outbreak of the second Shanghai Incident in August 1937. Therefore it is quite natural that
Rabe erroneously wrote about the Japanese in his diary. He wrote many things which were
completely contradictory to the descriptions in the “Documents of the Nanking Safety Zone”,
which were the official documents of the “International Committee”.
Ms. Yamato presents what really happened in Nanking, in German, summarizing much of
Prf. Higashinakano’s findings on the “Nanking Incident”, including “The Nanking Massacre:

SDHF Newsletter No.4: Top Secret Documents Reveal the Truth about Nanking Incident

In January 2003, official documents that demolish ? once and for all ? the “Nanking Massacre” myth were discovered. Marked “top-secret,” they were compiled in 1941 by the Chinese Nationalist Ministry of Information under the title Outline of International Propaganda Operations. The documents are detailed records describing counterintelligence activities implemented by the Nationalists in 1937, when war with Japan broke out, and thereafter. Nanking was the seat of Chiang Kai-shek’s Nationalist government in 1937. The documents are preserved in Taiwan, home to the Nationalists since 1949. Prof. Higashinakano discovered them at the Museum of Chinese Nationalist Party History in Taipei.

An examination of those documents reveals that the provenance of accusations that Japan perpetrated a massacre in Nanking is wartime propaganda initiated by the Nationalist intelligence organization. They also expose European and American Nationalist agents who were intimately involved in the concoction of “Nanking Massacre” propaganda.

According to the documents, between December 1937 (the time when the massacre is supposed to have been committed) and October 1938, the Nationalist government, now operating from Hankou, held a total of 300 press conferences to which members of the foreign press were invited. However, there is no evidence showing that mention of a massacre in Nanking was made at any of those conferences.
